The Tippmann Cyclone Feeder System is a feeder sprocket paintball hopper system that is designed for fast fingers. In fact as fast as you can pull the trigger is as fast as Tippmann Cyclone will feed the next ball up to 15 paintballs per second! With a wide mouth on the paintball hopper the Cyclone can easily hold up to 200 rounds. It is very easy to install via a quick release mechanism and you can be up and firing in minutes.
If you looking for a quality paintball hopper system that is designed to make you a faster shooter then the Tippmann Cyclone Feeder is the hopper for you. The best thing I like about this paintball gear is you do not have to rely on batteries. No other speed hopper out there I have found can do that. It fits perfectly and the system's placement on the gun couldn't be better. It still enables you to access your sights and doesn't stick up (as many electronic halos and eggys do).

Pros and Cons to The Cyclone Hopper System
The most asked question when it comes to the Cyclone hopper is what makes this hopper better then gravity hoppers, or even electronic hopper systems? Well for one thing the Cyclone Hopper is a mechanical hopper and differs from gravity feed ones in that it is smaller, has a lower profile and doesn't have all the knobs and stuff which in my view just get in way.
The Cyclone hopper doesn't ever require batteries, as opposed to electronic hoppers which is a real nice feature in my opinion, and I have found that it actually performs just as well as the electronic ones, but the cyclone is a whole lot cheaper, so for that reason alone it gets two thumbs up from me.
The Tippmann Cyclone is available for both the 98 custom and the A5, and couple this with a response trigger and you really have some serious paint power. Tests have shown that it easily keeps up with a response trigger with no chopping and cleaning is a breeze. Even when your cold firing and its freezing outside this hopper will continue to feed paint and not chop.
The profile is much lower then other hopper systems and because it sits lower and off to the side you can actually use your sights! The cyclone hopper does have 1 downside and that is you can't use this on any other paintball gun unless it's a Tippmann. That may not sounds like a big deal, but if you own a Tippmann and are planning to change guns in the near future, then you won't need this. However if you love your A5 or your 98 Custom, then there really is no reason why you shouldn't have this essential piece of paintball gear.

Donald "I am very satisfied with this hopper upgrade for my 98 Custom Pro. The gravity hopper it came with just could not keep up, or maybe it was bad paint that didn't like to feed properly, half the time I was pulling the trigger I got nothing but air, but after getting the Cyclone system, no problems whatsoever. Easy to install, price was competitive with other hopper upgrades, and it looks very cool. The only downside is that it only works on this marker, so when I upgrade to another marker, this hopper stays on the Tippmann... oh well... no regrets here despite that."
